Terms of service.

By booking this headshot session on this website, you are agreeing to the following terms:

The Malin East Austin and Manny Pandya Photography (The Providers) are providing free headshot mini-sessions for all members and guests (The Subjects) of The Providers during the times listed on the scheduling web site.

There is no commitment being made to any party, and no party shall hold the other liable for failure to appear. Should The Providers have to cancel this event, for any reason at any time, or should The Subjects fail to appear for their designated time, there will be no liability of any sort and no penalties of any sort applicable to either party.

The intellectual property rights (Copyright) to the images will belong to Manny Pandya Photography (The Creator) and to The Creator alone. The Subjects being photographed are being granted a license, in perpetuity, to use the delivered image(s) for the purpose of self-promotion in all non-commercial applications including as a profile image, as a non-commercial biographic image, and for personal use. The Subjects may not use the image (in any form or manner, in any medium existing or yet to be created) in ventures involving direct commercial sales of the image without the express, written permission of The Creator. A fee for direct commercial sales of the image may be negotiated between The Subject and The Creator.

In addition, The Subject grants The Providers irrevocable permission, in perpetuity, to use the photos as “identification images” within their administrative systems.  The Subject grants The Providers permission to use the image on the World Wide Web, in print, and in all other future mediums yet to be created, as promotional material for similar, future services they may provide to any other parties.
